Special Conditions:
a) The warranty of the products shall be as given by the manufacturer / original supplier of the item. Where warranty is applicable, the customer shall contact the nearest service center of the product for remedies. Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd shall not be responsible for any defects pertaining to the free gifts given.

b) In the case of data transfer schemes/ Time based schemes, the payment collected from the customer is for the minimum usage. If the customer uses above the usage free limit, the customer is liable to pay the extra charges failing which the service can be deactivated without any refund or compensation to the customer.

c) The modems are issued on FTU (free to use ) basis. The amount collected from the customer is lease rental only for the first year. From the second year, a lease rental of Rs.1 per annum will be charged to the customer.
The modem remains the property of Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd and the customer shall be liable to return after the service is availed / disconnected by Asianet for any reason including non payment.

d) Free To Use Modem and ADL service shall be provided in areas where the service is technically feasible. ASCL decision is final in this regard. FTU modem offer is applicable only on payment of subscription for minimum number of months as prescribed by ADL

e) Set Top Box: Subscribed ADL customers shall fulfill all conditions in the coupon/registration form by subscribing for FTU Digital STB. The same conditions shall be applicable for Digital STB customers availing the ADL service.

f) Pictures shown in the leaflets /website may not be the same product that is being given as gift. Models are subject to change.

g) Asianet can change the gift items at its own discretion based on availability or any other factors.

h) The customer is eligible for gifts only after clearing all the dues and pays the necessary lumpsum payment, which is subject to change without any prior notice. It is estimated that the gifts may take about 2 weeks to be arranged.

i) The offer is valid till stocks last or 15th August 2008. After the scheme period Asianet will not entertain requests/claims.
