Special Conditions: a) In the case of data/Time based schemes, payment collected from the customer is for the minimum usage. If the customer uses above usage free limit, customer is liable to pay extra charges failing which the service can be deactivated without any refund or compensation to the customer, without prejudice to collect the dues from customer. b) For existing customer, Free to Use modem is not applicable. Howeverthey can avail AMC @ Rs. 39p.m or Rs. 468 p.a lor (12M+3M)15 months. The modem remains the property of Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd c) ADL service shall be provided only in areas where the service is technically feasible. ASCL decision is final in this regard. d) Modem deposit shall be refunded on return of modem in good working condition. For customers opting annual scheme free modem rental option is available for one year. After the expiry of annual scheme modem rental prevailing at that time shall be charged. e) Modem exchange offer: Get any broadband modem to asianet on non-returnable basis and get Rs. 250 discount on purchase or on refundable deposit.
